Did or can you If you send a zipped (.zip) copy of the db to info@nubuilder.com to test?

ALTER DATABASE  `samplenufinancial` DEFAULT CHARACTER SET utf8 COLLATE utf8_general_ci

Now, everything works fine in HTML files.
I wish I could do the same in PDF files.
