NULL Selection Criteria Form results in error

I am using nubuilder-v2.7.4.11-12.10.24-Build529 on Ubuntu 12.10 browsing with Chromium 22.0.1229.94.

If Add Activity -> All -> Selection Criteria Form is NULL, then when you attempt to run the report activity you get an error:

SQL

SELECT ``.* FROM `` WHERE = '150b0460343b4a'

Either:

1) If a NULL Selection Criteria Form is acceptable, then there is a bug.
2) The user should be prevented from setting the Selection Criteria Form to NULL.
3) The error should be caught earlier and a better message displayed.

You can just enter the name and id of an zzsys_table.
