When to upgrade nuBuilderPro?

With regular commits to GitHub (awesome!), my question is when or how often should I be upgrading my installation?

Unless we make a special announcement about a security issue or a major new feature you do not need to update your nuBuilder site every time there is a new commit to github.

However we have made it easy to regularly update your nuBuilder site with just a few mouse clicks.
