I have something in my debug table that is messing up the Debug browse form. The display gets terminated before the breadcrumbs are painted, so you're stuck on this page.
Luckily, you can click in the first two columns to get to a working edit form, from which you can use breadcrumbs to go "Home."
Perhaps the output to that browser needs to be sanitized, so no ornery characters get in there.

I would go through the objects used on that Form and make sure I've filled in everything necessary.
