[Issue] lookup not firing events if blanked out

If you select an item from a lookup it fires a JavaScript and after browse event - as it should

however if you click into the green area, delete out the text so it is blank and tab to the next control - under this condition it does not fire either event.

It did before at some point in the past. I'm not sure when this changed

There was a change - and a bug.

But it should be all fixed on Github now.
