Hi,
Generally speaking, you'll need a fair knowledge of Javascript/PHP/css/html.
- PHP, to fetch data from a database
- JS/html to transform the datasets into html tables
- css/jquery to style the objects
- js, to generate the objects for the google charts or to embed other chart libraries
Without knowing more details (e.g. where the data comes from), it is difficult to give a more specific answer.
