Breadcrumb inconsistencies as well
as persistent Leaving page warning,
to reproduce:
1. a User clicks several launcher buttons
where he's got no permission
2. then Click on any button where he's got
permission

I've seen this too. Empty Breadcumbs are added (just the arrow) when you follow the steps as atom described.
