Missing menus after install.

Hi There,

I've installed nuBuilder Forte on my mac using a local host (through MAMP).
I downloaded the master from Github and installed the SQL through PHPMyAdmin, which is running PHP 7.2.7 and amended the config file details.

I can access the login screen and login successfully using the globaladmin but once I get the the next screen there seems to be options and menus missing from the screen.

Additionally when I access some menus such as objects, everything is unformatted and overlapping one another.

Any guidance you can give would be greatly appreciated.
