I managed to get the login page
when I click on User Home, I cannot find the forms I had created in the old version

The old and new version are not compatible. You'll have to create the form again :(

I have several forms
difficult to recreate
is there a procedure not to recreate them

Short answer: There's no such procedure to upgrade to v4.

I managed to reload the old version and I found my forms without having to re-enter my forms
