Sorry, it is the "backup" I'm lost on. The other steps make sense. As a newbie, I have literally no idea where these forms are physically being stored on my hard drive. So, when you say "backup" where should I be looking on my hard drive?

To backup your db, simply export it using e.g. phpMyAdmin.

So the first step before deleting tables, updating nuBuilder etc.is to dump your DB into flat file (= creating a backup).
