Hello,
I followed the installation video for a bluehost installation.
I am able to log into my https://hostname//nubuilder4/index.php.
Under the Setup tab there is a choice for language. The choices do not include English. Is this the default?
The changing of my globeadmin user id password does not seem to take when I update the nuConfigDBHost file.
It only allows me to log in using the "nu" password. How do I change the password for the globeadmin user id?

Yes, blank = English.
Restart the browser after you have modified nuconfig.php (Since the old password is still in the "Cache")
