Got it.
I just watched the video on installing it on BlueHost.
I should be able to do the same with on my hosting site.
Basically I need to uninstall the WP Plugin (keeping the nuBuilder database)
Install nuBuilder as per the video, and point it to my database I was using with the plugin?
Will that work?

That should work (although I have never tried it)
Anyway, I would create a back up of the nuBuilder table before starting the "migration".

Check that your hosts versions on MySQL and PHP are current enough to support nuBuilder, my host was not up to par so I created my own LAMP server.
