Select field does not work

Hello,

I have a problem with a select field in one of my forms.

The Select field is always empty after saving.
However, the field is correctly filled in the database.

I've already created a lot of select fields and done everything exactly as always.

Every other select field works

Does anyone have any advice for me?

Can you give a few more details? Like:

SQL
DB column type

If you delete + recreate the object, does it still not work?
