Cloud Site for new nuBuilder users

Unread post by ericmarch3 »

I'm new and want to try nuBuilder but only have windows 10 ATM Not experienced in computer setup eg can't find how to set Win 10 virtualization or set up a signature for this board.

Is there a cloud site set up with recommended / most common software, where I can practice?
Will be installing Ubuntu on an i7 soon, but in the meantime would like to 'play' to see if nuBuilder is as easy to use as it appears to be.

My experience is Desktop database systems, Unix p?? a basic type language p.= print, Unix Cobol. Windows started at 3.1 Cobol, dBase, Clipper, Turbo Pascal text based, Delphi 7 to 2019 front end for MS Sql Server Express. Happy to eventually transfer to MySQL if easier to use than MS SQL with nuBuilder.

Hi Eric,

XAMPP is a local server that you can install on your laptop/desktop to mimic an actual web server. It's easy to install and setup.
You could also use an online free webhost like https://www.infinityfree.net/
