I don't understand anything...
Yesterday I struggled for half a day in Chrome Win10 and WinXp.
The same thing happened this morning. But after half an hour it worked on Win10 (although I didn’t change anything), but on WinXp it didn’t take off.

But I don’t understand its behavior in Win10 yesterday:
The onmouseover event did not work.
With onfocus, the message appeared in the top left corner of the browser window, not the form. And the message peeked out from behind the form, i.e. was underneath her. When changing z-index in the user code: - the editor showed an error and the message did not appear at all.
In principle, I am satisfied with this solution, because... in my network I can install slimjet for everyone.
I wrote everything else for the development of the wonderful nubuilder project.
