You Must Be Logged into .. Access Forbidden

My ISP has changed something last night and now I can't log in. When I try to log in, I get the error message
Access Forbidden - You must be logged into.....

What gives this error? What can I check?
I don't know where to begin to look.

looking at the console log. i'm getting jquery-3.6.4.min.js?ts=1:2

Check the server logs if possible for any specific error messages or rules that might explain why the request is being blocked.
When I open http://bbistx.com/nu4577, I notice that the page is not secure, which could indicate a certificate issue.
You could also contact the server administrator or support team for assistance.

Will do. I think it has something to do with the certificate.
I found one user that was able to get in, trying to see what's different about what they are doing.

You can also try logging in from another computer or mobile device if you haven't tried it yet.
