I get this message when I try to run

http://localhost/nubuilder4/index.php

This page isn’t working
localhost redirected you too many times.
Try deleting your cookies.
ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

nubuilder4 folder is located in /Applications/XAMPP/xamppfiles/htdocs

I am using XAMPP Apache Web Server, PHP and MYSQL
version 7.4.3 I know not latest but is what I need ATM

On a Macbook MacOS Sequoia version 15.1

I have previously used XAMPP in windows and it worked fine. No longer have access to Windows Computer

Any pointers would be great.

I don't know the answer and I don't have a Mac - but you could try asking co-pilot or chatGPT. Both will give you some things to try.
