[Added] Object Context Menu: Move to Tab & Delete Actions (nuBuilder 4.7.x)

Right-clicking on a form object now shows a new "Action" submenu in the context menu, allowing for faster and more intuitive object management.

• Move to Tab — Instantly move an object to another tab
  No need to open the "Arrange Objects" dialog. Just right-click, select "Move to Tab", and choose the destination tab. Done!
• Delete Object — Delete an object directly from the context menu
  Quickly remove unwanted objects without opening the Object Properties window.

These options save time, reduce clicks, and make form editing more intuitive.
