[Changed] Tab Design (nuBuilder 4.8.x)

With nuBuilder version 4.8.x, the design will be getting some tweaks.

One of the first changes is a refresh of the tab design — they will look more like browser tabs, featuring a small marker on top to indicate the active tab.

As always, you can override the default styles and apply your own custom CSS if you prefer a different look.
