RSS for your Change Log Page

Hello, I made an RSS from your Change Log page: http://www.nubuilder.com/change.php in order to be updated.
After one day I noticed I received two feeds and the only updates are about the change that occurs, like a blinking shop board, on the caption in the center position on top of the page.

I wonder if it is possible to make it happens (I mean to receive the feed from that page) only when a new release of nuBuilder is available.
