There are two display objects on the form which have the following field names:

agencies.agency_contact_name
agencies.agency_contact_email

Change them to the following

agency_contact_name
agency_contact_email

...okay. Feeling REALLY dumb. Hadn't occurred to me that explicitly specifying the table could be a problem. Thanks so much for all your help and patience, Shane. The very least I can do is to tell others how much I like NuBuilder- and I'll do that.
