I have tried to attach the files exactly the way you have shown but perhaps administrator has not enabled attachments for me. That is why files are not being uploaded. I've had a look at the attachment settings, and it appears to be set to allow you to upload files. How large is the file you are trying to upload?

Max, the file size is 112 Kb only. It was a .docx file, which was not accepted. So I am trying to attach a .png file.

jsg, you have to edit C:\xampp1\php\php.ini file and set Display errors = Off.

Hi Max, As I reported earlier 'display errors' are off in my php.ini. I had sent a copy of my file to you through mail, I am attaching it again.

you have edited the wrong php.ini file: this is what I see in your last attachment:

Remember to restart Apache after any edit.

Thanks a lot Max. I appreciate your patience and time.
I did change the values in the correct file but I did it in the beginning of the file only thinking that it will be the end of it. But things reappeared down below.
Now that I have changed everywhere in that file, things are working fine.
