Yes of course, pls have a look on PM.
But for sure: the problem persist only on a backup installation on XAMPP; the production installation on web is OK.

I stored the new index.php into a wrong directory and wondered, that it's not working !!!
My big fault !
Now XAMPP works well !

Today I received a notice from Sourceforge about a new version of nuBuilder 4.5.
In my working instance update worked well.
But my backup instance on local XAMPP doesn't work at all.
I decided to erase the whole backup instance, drop database and build it once more from scratch.
But how is the the correct procedure ?
