I downloaded nubuilder4-master.zip from github, extracted, made the adjustments mentioned in the wiki and copied the file to the http location (in my case /var/www/html). When I go to http://localhost/index.php and login as globeadmin I get the page displayed in the attachment.
This is obviously different from what I should see as described in the user guide.
How do I fix this?
P.S. I am working under Xubuntu 18.04 with Firefox

Re: Problem getting nuBuilder Forte to work
Hi,
There is the tab holder missing on your screenshot- there should be Setup and Builder tabs - on you screen you can see only Builder tab content.
The current copy on the Sourceforge is OK - so the problem is somewhere locally on your server/computer.
What I would try to do:
First clean all cookies from http://localhost/index.php - close completely all windows of firefox (not only nubuilder) - and open again firefox and nuBuilder - maybe it will be ok.
You can try as well to remove from the nubuilder4 database all tables and view and afterwards restart nuBuilder then it will load fresh copy of all tables and views.
(do not remove nubuilder4 database name - just leave it empty - you can access database with the Database button).

If you like nuBuilder, please leave a review on SourceForge

You might have to add some config parameters as described in this installation guide:

Re: Problem getting nuBuilder Forte to work
Thanks kev1n, I followed the post you are mentioning and I think I am set up now. At least the picture I am getting when logging in is what is displayed in the user guide.
I'd suggest to include bmullmans setup manual for Ubuntu users or at least a reference to it into the wiki. But then, I am just a newbie.

Ewald,
Good idea. here it is...
https://wiki.nubuilder.cloud/ ... nvironment
If anyone has any other instructions OR videos for other installation guides they have created.
I'm happy to add them here (especially for installing nuBuilder Forte on bluehost.com)
