Access to user details

Can I give a particular user access to user button ?
Can I give each user - change password?

What do you mean by "User Button"?
Change Password: Add the form nupassword (Change Password) to the Access Level of the user.

I can do this but I basically get a search box and nothing else. How do I see the form properties and object list?
