How does one get Wiki access for updation?

Kindly update the wiki's setup page for the Timeout parameter that is now in the nuconfig.php file as

I don't quite get you. $nuConfigTimeOut has already been added.

It is added in the example code and that should suffice and hence the request to remove the text list above it which does not have the variable.
