Steven's nuBuilder v4 repo is now archived as of Dec 2020.
All further development is in the v4.5 repo maintained by kev1n.
Those who are on v4 and choose to remain stay put there atleast for a while, you can update your install by just overwriting your files (after a backup) with the ones in the attachment to be uptodate.
These updates are maintained in Ap.Muthu's nuBuilder v4 update repo. The changelog is in it too. The online uptodate CHANGELOG
