[Added] Auto-fill default values in Browse Columns
When adding new Browse column, certain fields in that row are auto-filled:
Align: Left
Width: 100
Order: Highest value, incremented by 10
Display Column, On blur:
The Title is set by removing the Display Column prefix and capitalising the first letter.
