[Improved] Fast Form

Major Fast Form update:
- Pick a Table Name even faster. Includes a searchable drop-down list with auto-completete feature.
- The available fields for an existing table are listed. Pick one instead of scrolling through the list.
- Keyboard navigation within the Subform (up, down, enter)
- Paste Labels + Field Names from e.g. Excel
- Change the Type after adding a field
- Use Field Prefix / auto-prefix a field
- Auto-generate the field name from a label
- Auto-generate the label from a field name
- Delete Checkbox: Strike through a row
