How can I migrate my app to another hosting service?

Hi, I installed nuBuilder on a temporary location for discovering it, and started to build my app.
Now, I am considering hosting it on a more professional service. I didn't notice any import/export feature in nubuilder, but I assume I can safely copy the database from some phpMyAdmin separate app after having uploaded by FTP the very same version of nubuilder. Is it the way to go?
