lookup not working after install

Hi
I've installed 4.5. Looks fine but when I try to select a row in the lookup nothing happens.
Any idea what's going wrong?

Did you fetch the latest version from Github?

A flawed version was committed yesterday, so it's better to download the latest again either from Sourceforge or Github. The latter is usually more up-to-date.
