How to limit the list of objects and forms only to those that I created?

Setup -> Setup Tab: Check "Access Denied"

I, on the contrary, cleared "Access Denied". I thought that otherwise I could not change anything (like demo mode)

"Access Denied" is a little obscure until you see the tooltip.

Maybe "Hide core forms and objects" would be clearer?

I didn't realize this did this either, but agree it would be a welcome change to mention "hiding" vs just access denied. I was able to ruin a few early demos because of editing parts I shouldn't.
