[Added] JS nuAddActionButtonSaveClose()

When placing the function nuAddActionButtonSaveClose() in your form's Custom Code, an additional Action Button "Save & Close" will be inserted after the Save button.
When added in the (Setup->) Header the button will be shown in all forms.

Pass an optional parameter to the function to display a different button title.
