I've setup 2FA as descriped in

It works for globeadmin but not for regular users.
Users don't get the form to generate a token.
any idea?

Is the "Use 2FA" ticked in the Access Level? This was just added recently and is not yet in the documentation.

Yes, this works. I also had to go to
Procedures/ NUAUTHENTICATION2FA
and
turn the following line to comment
nuOutput2FATokenToConsole($token); // For testing purposes, output the token to the developer console
and uncomment
nuSendCodeByEmail($token);
