Currently, Helvetica is used. IMO, Verdana looks smoother and clearer (it's less condensed).
"Lucida Grande" would be an alternative too.

Yes looks good, and should be a fairly universal font on most OSs.

Lucida Grande isn't listed as a web safe font, so it's usage will depend on the end user, unless you include it in nuBuilder. Don't know if it's licensed for commercial redistribution.

There are also various other options like Open Sans, and Google fonts like Noto, that could be included with nuBuilder.

I had a look at the Noto font, it looks decent.
