File Management from nubuilder

Hi,
I save data into a file ("select ... into outfile") via a SP to send it by mail after.
However, it does not work if the file already exist and I want one file at a time.
how can I solve this ? Delete the file before via an interface ? PHP ?
Or a sql function that overwrites content ?
