[Added] Mobile device-friendly view

If "Mobile View" is enabled, a form is rendered in a mobile device-friendly view.
Please note that the global switch nuMobileView in either nuconfig.php or Setup-> Settings has to be set to true.
This setting is still experimental and the layout can be influenced by certain attributes.
