Please help me understand the GPL License?

Hi,
I'm just a bit confused when it comes to the licensing part:

If i add a function like this here and some more features like integrating nubuilder with an internal messaging feature by hiring a developer etc, am i still allowed to use it commercially and sell user access to the front end website side (as a service) and not "repackage" nubuilder with intentions to resell my own program called newerBuilder as an example?
So am i If i do these modifications still able to sell it commercially as access to whoever uses the "website" and not in the sense of selling the software to be downloaded or re installed for others to sell etc.
Please help me understand this because this will make or break my decision
