Access rights for Reports

I have the following issue.
I made a separate tab on the main screen for Reports. On this tab I have Run buttons to run the specific reports. I set up access rights only to one access level group.
But when I enter under users from another access level group, they still can run the reports.
Can you please advice what is wrong here?

BTW with the Forms everything works perfectly.
