Intended user audience

Good day
I'm evaluating nuBuilder for a small web development company in South Africa and am very impressed with rapid development aspect of it.
They have the need for a stand alone PHP desktop solution and have gone quite far down the road of developing one in phpdesktop but were wondering if nuBuilder isnt a better solution for them. So I have a few questions around that for seasoned users please.
PHPdesktop uses SQLlite as its database.
Can nuBuilder be customized to connect to SQLlite? If so, are there some guidance documentations/tutorials available?
Can nuBuilder be customized to look and behave more like a modern website? If so does anyone have an example site one can look at please.
And finally, although I found a lot of tutorials on how to use the various functions of nuBuilder, I could'nt find any examples of a completely built solution. So I was wondering who the intended userbase for nuBuilder is. Business app developers? Website developers? Since it doesnt seem to be a "traditional" type of framework (think Wordpress or Joomla frameworks here as examples) I was wondering who would find the most benefit from it.
Thanks so much. I look forward to your comments and thoughts.
Best, Ant.
