Hello,
Do we have somewhere a template library in nuBuilder. It will be usefull to start a project from official templates. It will improve the overall adoption in the community. I could help by sharing my creations.
Many thanks for your reply,
Yves

Hi,
nuBuilder might not have an official template library integrated directly within the platform. However, your idea of having a template library is indeed valuable, as it can facilitate project creation, standardise certain functionalities, and promote collaboration within the community.

I also like the idea of template library. Probably this could be made available on Demo site. Possibility, those who would like to share template could generate sql using nuCloner, and Kevin could upload it to demo site as well as make the SQL available for user to download. Just a thought, there could be better ideas.

While the idea is undoubtedly promising, it's important to acknowledge that establishing, maintaining, and updating such a template library demands significant resources. Despite the effort involved, I believe it holds great potential.

Hi everyone,
I think templates are a great idea but they can't be something that people expect to be maintained.
If it is for people to help them start their own project, I think it's a great idea.
If these templates are expected to then accept any warranty, suggestions or improvements of any kind, I think it's a bad idea.
If templates are a good idea, they should be simply an SQL download of a whole database.
They don't need to be part of any further development of nuBuilder Forte.
But they can be offered on nubuilder.com via a simple download.
This gives developers a chance to see how creative other developers are and gives them an opportunity to learn from and adapt a template to what they need.

Hi yvesf,
You said...
I could help by sharing my creations.
If you send me a database or 2 or 3... that you would like to share, I will start a
Template Library on nubuilder.com.
Hopefully, you will be the first of many.
AND thanks for suggesting the idea.
Steven
