After updating 4 to 4.5 my form's tab dissapeared

I had issues with the update (running out of memory error, blank screen)
I managed to import the old data/forms/code/objects etc.

Now, my Browse windows show the tabular data I expect. (mostly)

When I click on an entry to edit it, I get a tiny window that I cannot resize.

I thought this might be related to the fact that all my tabs disappeared. They seem to be required.
When I try to recreate the Tab data and SAVE, it just disappears.
I see that there is a zzzzsys_tab table, and I note that it *only* has nuxxxxxxx zzzzsys_tab_ids, not any of the 5xxxxxxxx entries I would expect.

I tried the nuform.js patch from another thread, but it had no effect.

It's been years since I last looked at this, but the customer called in a panic because their app went down, only to find out that the hosting company forced an SQL upgrade on them without telling them or helping them prepare.

I suspect all the remaining issues come down to the missing tab info. Any ideas how to fix this?

Hi, those non nu-ids are required, they belong to your forms.
Please restore that table from a backup.
