I've given nuBuilder a whirl and it just what I was looking for.
I plan to use it for our back office apps, like our accounting and payroll system.
Thank you for a great project!

Just an update:
My first nuBuilder project is a Loan Management System for the bank I work for. It handles releases, payments, and adjustments. And has about 2 dozen reports. I already designed the MySQL database and had a project outline.
I managed to design all the forms in one afternoon!!! And another afternoon to teach a junior staff member!?!
I am now designing the reports atm. The videos, wiki, and forum were very helpful, as well as the sample applications.
nuBuilder is an Awesome RAD framework!
