Hi

About Me:
I am not a regular programmer but have had good experience in core Java and some in PHP while modifying Pligg.
Am not very good in web related stuff but if some framework is there believe that can modify things

Now my question:
I am thinking of modifying it/ creating a module to help build a back-office for a brokerage firm and have some question

- is this package competent enough for such a thing
- is work on for something similar where i can help
- brokerage back office generally contain info about client's shares transaction (great DB requirement - all history of transactions can be a big amount), portfolio value as per current market price etc.

I am a regular employee and hence, not sure how soon will start working but any comments will be great

scorpio84,
nuBuilder would be ideal for what you want to do.
And it can handle hundreds of thousands of records so it should be fine.
The limitations would more likely be in your server hardware.
We know of nothing similar to your app, currently being made.
There is a bank in the Philippines using nuBuilder to track loans but that doesn't help you much.
There are samples you can download to start from.

Let me know if you have any more questions.

Sorry I took so long to get back to you.
