I've been trying to figure out why each time I select an option in nuBuilder my browser (Firefox) opens a new window, instead of a new tab. My "Tab Options" settings are correct. So, I went searching the Firefox documentation and found this note:

Note: If you have chosen to open pages in new tabs, Firefox will ignore this optionpreference and will open a new window from a link if the page author specified that the new window should have a specific size, because some pages can only be displayed correctly at a specific size.

Is there some setting that can be changed in nuBuilder so this won't happen?

Each time nuBuilder opens a new window, it is actually a popup window. In it's standard configuration dialog box, Firefox doesn't give you an option to control how popups open. However, there is a workaround which can be used to get popups to open in tabs. You can read how to change that option here. This change will make popups for all sites open in tabs.
