nuBuilder form add record incorrectly

Dear senior ladies and gentlemen, I am very new to nuBuilder and currently learning how to use it through video tutorials. I created a simple company table in sample database. I used form wizard to create a company form. I clicked 'add record' to enter value into the company table but the company fields collected the value wrongly. Eg. I entered 'ABC' for company_code in the company table but it showed up to be '14cfe84', the rest of the fields are either empty or '0'.

I created employee form the same way but I didn't hit this error as in company table. I have no idea why it is so. Please help me. Thank you very much.

Can you show us copy of your table structure for that table?

And a "print screen" of the Form your wizard made.
