index page problem after installation

index page problem after installation

Hi, i installed nuBuilder and everything seems to be working OK except tha when I open the Index page I only have SETUP but I am missing Financials and Wizard. Why is it and how can I fix it? Any help is highly appreciated.

Wizards should be on the setup tabb
