png not showing up in PDF report

We use authentication on our server (apache - ldap).
We turned authentication off because of the problems we had with the mail function in Nubuilder
(http://forums.nubuilder.cloud/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=7933)

Now png shows in pdf. So it's a problem with authentication.

Do you have any idea what we are doing wrong with authentication?

With the update of Nubuilder I've forget to make the changes in reportemail.php - see http://forums.nubuilder.cloud/viewtopic.p ... 9&start=10

That's the reason why I could'nt mail after update.

Now authentication is back on my png is missing in pdf.

Any idea how to solve this?

This does not sound like a working environment that we have tested before so we cannot help in this matter.

I know it's a problem with rights on server. I'm trying to figure out what is causing the problem.

We are running Nubuilder on
Server version: Apache/2.2.15 (Unix)
PHP 5.3.3
OS Centos 6.

When I look into temppdf I see that the owner of the pdf file is webadmin users. Strange thing is that the owner of the png is Apache. The size of the png = 0.
rights of temppdf is are 775.

Maybe another user else can help me with this item. I can't imagine that I'm the only user running Nubuilder with apache authentication.

I let you know if and how we solved it.

I am using the exact same configuration (minus the critical part, I don't use apache authentication).. The only problem I had with email was that I had to disable selinux for postfix to work..

Oddly, as you recall, I did have the initial problem with no PNG in my PDF files, and then it suddenly started working again.. I really do not know why.. But since we both have similar configs, I'm willing to try and 'break' it again and see if we can find the common cause..

Well,

I take that back.. I upgraded to 2.7.2 last night.. I just ran my invoices (has my logo in it)..

Now the PNG appears on the PDF but NOT on the HTML form!!!!!

Maybe this is a deeper problem?? (again, I don't have any apache authentication).. If you have a username in the database (actually, I'm using globeadmin), you can get into it, since the server is on my local internal network!!!

I'm pretty sure the problem is a authentication problem with the pdf - png.

When I turn authentication off both HTML and pdf shows the png. With authentication on only HTML works.

I haven't upgrade yet. I'm waiting for build 2.7.3

If I find out how to solve my problem I let you now.

I just solved my problem..

Steven, it looks like that report_object patch you gave me broke html png images

All I did was put the original report_object.php back and viola, the html image came back....
