Spécial French chars

hi !

when if use spécial French chars like é à è in title, names ... there are always skipped ... :-(
how to do ?

in forms
in fact, the name is cut after the special char
for example :
in forms, browse
in the display field type "Année" and save
return on browse : the display field is Ann

another case of pb :
in phpmyadmin, the value is displayed as "arrêté"
and in nubuilder, the display in the form is "arrêté"

I try to insert your French words in my installation and the characters are correctly displayed on forms (both in field name and field value).

Which table collation do you have in your database? I have mine set to utf8_general_ci.

i've changed to have like you, re-enter the data.
same problem ...

i see that some internal tables of nuBuilder are latin1_swedish_ci : zzsys_access_level_form, and most of ___nu....

Are you on a hosted server where php settings might be different?
