Possible to span columns on Index page?

Possible to span columns on Index page?
I would like to have an Index page with a couple of buttons across the top and then an iframe below the buttons that spans across the columns. Is there any way to do this? Any other options for placing content on the Index page beyond the columns?

nuBuilder Button Objects, Subform Objects and HTML Objects can be each be given top and left pixel coordinates.
